Responsibilities and Impact:

– Participate in software development projects under mentorship, contributing to coding, testing, and debugging activities
– Learn and apply software development best practices including version control, code reviews, and documentation standards
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions
– Gain hands-on experience with modern development tools and technologies used in enterprise software development
– Support maintenance and enhancement of existing applications while learning the codebase and business requirements
– Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to develop professional communication and project management skills

What We’re Looking For:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
– Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or .Net
– Basic understanding of software development concepts including object-oriented programming and data structures
– Familiarity with development tools such as Git, IDEs, or command line interfaces
– Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
– Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React or Angular
– Exposure to database technologies including SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
– Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes
