- Timely acknowledgment and resolution of issues reported by Customers and other teams.
- Supporting environment provisioning.
- Collaborating with Development teams for Root Cause Analysis and follow-up until the issues are resolved.
- Sharing daily/weekly status reports with stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Awareness of ITIL processes
- Good oral and written communication skills
