As an Apprentice R&D, you will contribute to the development of high-quality software in an agile environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing features in an agile approach
- Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team, software, and processes
- Designing, coding, documenting, testing (automated), maintaining, and deploying software
- Supporting DevOps in deploying software
- Monitoring and meeting performance metrics
- Providing technical solutions that meet requirements, focusing on end-users, quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety, and security
- Staying updated with the latest programming techniques and development tools through continuous learning and networking
Skills and Experience

- Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, C++, Linux, and UI frameworks like ReactJS
