Key Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate Graphic Designers with a strong grasp of design principles and digital media applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in communication design, visual design, motion graphics, and e-learning, while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

• Develop icons, illustrations, infographics, character designs, and content visualizations based on client requirements.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video presentations using various design tools.
• Apply principles of design, typography, and color theory to create visually appealing content.
• Adapt designs for different media formats and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to effectively present and communicate design concepts.
• Stay informed about design trends, online creative communities, and social media platforms.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS PowerPoint, and Word.

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of visual design principles and digital media applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from a design perspective.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability to Gen AI tools
• Knowledge of game design, animation, video/audio editing, 3D, or Virtual Reality (VR) is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches with a four-year degree in Design, such as Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Master of Fine Arts (MFA), Bachelor of Design (B.Des), Master of Design (M.Des), Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA), Master of Visual Arts (MVA), Viscom (4-years), Mass Communication (4-years), MA, MSc from streams like Computer Graphics / Multimedia / Animation are eligible to apply.
• A consistent academic record with a minimum of 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG (rounding off 49.9% is not permitted) is required, with no standing arrears.
• At the time of joining, recruits must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their current degree with no pending arrears.
• CGPA to percentage conversion should be as per university norms.
• Applicants awaiting re-evaluation results will be assessed based on their initially declared scores.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in given shift timing and technology is mandatory.
• This opportunity is available to Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India.
