As part of our Graduate Program, you will join the Siemens Energy team, sharing our purpose of energizing society by supporting customers in transitioning to a more sustainable world. You will work on real global issues and create solutions that have a direct impact.
You should have knowledge of designing solutions based on Python or Java, possess an eye for detail, and apply analytical skills to decision-making. A willingness to learn and adopt SAP Enterprise Resource Planning platform-based technologies is essential.
Your role will involve participating in portfolio architecture designs and guiding technology direction within a portfolio of applications aligned with business roadmaps. This includes rationalizing and optimizing applications and technologies within one or more business domains.
Additionally, you will support the exploration and implementation of AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance business processes. You will assist in developing AI models and algorithms for data analysis and predictive analytics.
What You Bring
- Work with the global ERP team on Designing / Developing Solutions.
- Strong expertise in understanding business processes, performing technological maturity assessments for given requirements, support in defining technological roadmaps in a greenfield / brownfield environment.
- Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver user oriented digital solutions.
- Good knowledge of AI and generative AI models, with hands-on experience in their implementation.
- practical work experience of 3+ months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.
- A master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science/ Information technologies is preferred.
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program
- Effectively work as part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team.
