Job Description
As a Trainee Associate in Solution Engineering, you will play a vital role in developing large-scale enterprise-level solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring that software functionality is implemented with optimized code. This position is crucial in enhancing digital projects and financial services for various entities, including families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.
Responsibilities
- 50%: Writing, maintaining, and improving existing software code in product modules (100-300 LOC per day) as per specifications. Providing bug fixes under the guidance of senior team members.
- 25%: Developing simple proof-of-concept software projects under strict supervision. This involves submission for review, not live project delivery.
- 15%: Learning software languages (Java / .Net), syntax, and coding practices through self-learning and KT sessions. Developing foundational knowledge in Finance/Fintech and applying these skills on the job.
- 5%: Periodic check-ins with mentor/supervisor to review software code and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- 5%: Demonstrating functional/technical knowledge and problem-solving skills gained through reverse KT sessions with team members.
Skills

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with developers and stakeholders globally.
- Experience with Web and App servers (IIS, Tomcat, Apache, WebLogic etc.).
