Software Engineer Job Description
As a Software Engineer at BrowserStack, you will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and supporting systems and applications used by a large community of developers. Desired Skills and Experience
BrowserStack is looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Software development or programming experience (internship of 6 months – 1 year preferred).
- Strong understanding of at least one language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C/C++.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking concepts, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes is a significant plus.
- Ability to work on Windows and Linux platforms below the application layer, including file systems, kernels, custom installations, and scripting.
