Job Description: Enabling Automation and Maintaining Accuracy
As an Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing hundreds of videos per shift, providing accurate responses based on established guidelines. The primary goals are to maintain high accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity) while adhering to acceptable practices. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain focus over extended periods.
Associates are required to take scheduled breaks and dedicate 6.8 to 7 hours per day to video analysis. For associates working from home, it is essential to maintain a dedicated workspace with proper lighting and ensure that work-related data is not accessible to others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing image/video/text-based Jobs.
- Identifying details from blurry or less sharp videos and providing accurate responses.
- Maintaining a high level of attention and focus on the screen.
- Meeting incremental targets/goals for quality and productivity.
- Demonstrating a fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
- Working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and remote teams.
- Being a team player.
- Attending office for a few days when required (for associates working from home).
- Switching ON laptop camera during virtual meetings.
A Day in the Life: Rotational Shifts and Continuous Learning
Associates operate in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts, typically working 9-hour shifts including scheduled breaks. Shift timings are subject to change every 3-4 months or as per business requirements. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon’s work policy for those working night shifts.
Weekly offs are rotational, with two consecutive days off (a 5-day working week), which may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday. This is subject to business discretion.
