As an Entry-Level IT Analyst, you will be involved in various aspects of IT operations, contributing to the efficiency and security of the company’s infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span across DevOps & Cloud Automation, Security Operations & Endpoint Management, and fostering an AI-First Mindset & Innovation.

DevOps & Cloud Automation:

  • Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, emphasizing automation and AI-driven insights.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across Azure Cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor and support cloud resources, integrating AI-based observability and predictive analytics tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop Python scripts and utilities to automate operational tasks and seamlessly integrate AI/ML models into existing workflows.

Security Operations & Endpoint Management:

  • Support robust endpoint protection and enforce security policies using Trellix ePO, safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and meticulous troubleshooting of SecureDoc for hard disk encryption, preventing unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to implement AI-driven threat detection and response strategies, enhancing the organization’s security posture.

AI-First Mindset & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML to improve DevOps and security processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools and frameworks relevant to infrastructure and security, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Contribute actively to internal knowledge bases and automation libraries with AI-enhanced solutions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or IT Security roles, demonstrating practical expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Azure Cloud services, enabling effective cloud management.
