Job Description
As a Junior Software Developer, you will be an integral part of a global team focused on developing the next generation of the Via Benefits platform. You’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues and actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and construction to rigorous testing and seamless deployment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications using C# on .NET, Web, and SQL Server technologies.
- Building full-stack software solutions to meet diverse business needs.
- Contributing to software development in one of two key skill sets:
- C#/.Net, SQL, and React
- Java, Oracle, and Angular/React
- Taking ownership of unit testing, coding, debugging, and resolving errors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver new features.
- Providing support to users and clients in resolving technical issues.
- Adhering to development best practices and maintaining high-quality code.
- Writing DDL code to implement changes to the database backend.

Qualifications
