Responsibilities of an Associate Cloud Engineer
As an Associate Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining Anthology’s cloud infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Being an active member of the cloud services team.
- Installing and managing central computing systems and servers, along with their operating systems.
- Monitoring the performance of central computing resources to optimize efficiency.
- Recommending hardware and software upgrades.
- Consulting with applications and database personnel regarding hardware and operating system environments.
- Creating documentation to guide operations personnel in day-to-day tasks related to hardware and operating systems.
- Collaborating with clients and other team members.
Candidate Profile
Anthology is looking for motivated and skilled individuals who possess the following qualifications and skills:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in Systems Management, Application Support, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, or CRM product support.
- Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Familiarity with installation/administration of IIS 6.0/7.0.
- Familiarity with DNS concepts.
- Familiarity with networking β TCP/IP.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Team player with a strong desire to learn.
- High integrity and accountability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
