The Contact Support Group (CSG) within Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) acts as the first line of defense, managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. They utilize a Business Intelligence Approach and various communication channels, including email, voice, chat, and self-service portals. CSG aims to deliver optimized, proactive, predictive, and user-centric IT support solutions to Capgemini’s CIS global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, resolve problems, and offer technical troubleshooting via phone and other contact channels.
- Multitask across different support channels.
- Ticket Management: Prioritize ticket urgency, categorize issues accurately, track ticket status (On-hold, Open, Closed & Resolved), and keep customers informed.
- Business Intelligence: Utilize ticket data, analysis tools, and best practices to support customers.
- Service Delivery: Ensure customer expectations are met through effective service delivery.
- Customer Management: Maintain effective interaction with customers, from greeting to resolution and call closure.
- CHIP (AI BOT): Leverage our AI BOT to answer customer queries, saving time and effort for both support staff and customers, and enhancing customer experience.
- Service Email Retrieval: Efficiently handle email as a contact channel and minimize hops between support staff and the customer.
- Knowledge Management: Effectively manage the knowledge base to resolve customer issues.
- Service Marketing: Promote Capgemini’s tools and services to increase usage and benefit customers.
