Job Description: Graduate Program – Prarambh

As a Software Engineer in the Graduate Program, you will participate in a structured training program covering various technology streams, based on business needs. These streams might include:

  • Digital Technologies (mobile applications and cloud platforms)
  • Full-Stack Development
  • Data Analytics
  • Automation Testing

Successful completion of a post-training assessment is required before deployment to high-performance Scrum teams. This ensures that you are well-prepared to contribute effectively from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
  • Learn and apply software development, testing, and data analytics principles through training and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Understand software requirements and create test scenarios and execution plans.
  • Execute manual test cases, report defects, and support functional, regression, and system testing.
  • Monitor and maintain data pipelines and investigate data quality issues.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support business KPIs and insights.
  • Document technical designs, data flows, testing outcomes, and user guides.
  • Contribute to code reviews, quality improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and engage in continuous learning.
