Job Description
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Apprenticeship Assignment Summary:

Education/Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree focused on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with Software/IT experience
- Good communication skills
- Up to date with current industry standards, trending software, and information technology development tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Azure, M 365, Co-pilot)
- Ability to learn quickly and successfully navigate in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively learns new tools and identifies opportunities for improvement and promotes their adoption
- Contributes to creative solutions and challenges the status quo
- Strong customer focus, ability to understand the value proposition for the customer, and commitment to deliver the best value proposition
- Able to engage positively across multiple departments to establish clarity, vision, and mutual trust to achieve business goals
