Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll be part of the QA team, making sure everything works the way it should. If something’s broken or off, you’ll catch it before it reaches the users.

  • Spot bugs, dig into what’s causing them, and work with the Ops team to get them fixed fast.
  • Track testing metrics and help pull together reports.
  • Keep documentation updated—no one likes old, confusing docs.
