Job Description
Maruti Suzuki India Limited, India’s leading passenger vehicle manufacturer, invites applications for hiring of young & bright Graduate Engineers with an industry experience of 12-upto 22 months (post BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech) as on Application.
Job Location: Gurugram, Rohtak, Pune, Bengaluru
Salary :
- B. Tech – 12.85 LPA (8.5 LPA fixed)
- M. Tech – 13.75 LPA (9.25 LPA fixed)

- Online Test (Technical, Aptitude & Psychometric)

Eligibility Criteria
- Work Experience: 12- up to 22 months (as on Application) post BE/ B.Tech/MTech
- Degree: B.Tech / MTech (Regular / Full-time only)
- Branches: Electrical/ Mechanical/Mechatronics
- Marks %age: 65% or equivalent CGPA (6.5/10) throughout, 10th, 12th or Diploma, B.E /B. Tech, However the candidate can have 60% or equivalent in MTech (if applicable) – No rounding off marks is allowed
- College/Universities: AICTE/UGC recognized
- Age: 21-26 years for B.Tech & 21-28 years for MTech (as of April 1, 2026)
Note: Selection will be strictly based on Merit and above-mentioned eligibility criteria. No applications will be considered in any circumstances if found not to meet the above criteria.
The following would not be eligible
- Part-time/correspondence qualification
- Candidates with job changes will not be considered.
- Candidates with no experience/Fresher/Currently Unemployed
- Candidate with Color blindness
- Candidates working with MSIL vendors/Dealers/JV/Group Companies
- Internship/Apprenticeship are not considered as work experience
