Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Tester to manage a critical project for one of our largest clients in the retail banking domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for technology and a solid background in manual testing, with experience in automation being a significant advantage. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing using JMeter to ensure application reliability and scalability.
• Analyze and understand project requirements to develop effective test strategies.
• Write and execute SQL scripts for database testing.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and frameworks.
• Evaluate and integrate various open-source automation tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Document daily activities and updates in the Daily Status Report.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in JMeter for performance testing.
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Selenium, and Appium.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
• Ability to develop and evolve automation frameworks (Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the retail banking domain.
• Familiarity with Core Java.
• Knowledge of test automation methodologies.
• Experience with RPA tools.

Qualifications:

Candidate should possess a B.E./B. TECH in any stream, MCA, or M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized college/university approved by AICTE. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to clear the ISTQB Foundation Level certification within three months of joining.
