Responsibilities
As an Associate Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining modules within SAP Database Cloud services.
- Identifying areas for improvement in current designs and advocating for alternative methods.
- Innovating, filing patents, and generating IP for SAP.
- Building cloud optimization services from conception to operations.
- Delivering technical excellence through solution and product development.
- Contributing to the development of new products and features based on customer requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering teams in different geographic locations to diagnose and resolve design issues.
- Providing hands-on contributions to create high-quality cloud services and sharing expertise with team members.
- Helping design and develop cloud-based features and enhancements for products and solutions.
- Following the software development cycle from inception to successful product release.
Required Skills and Experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech degree from a top-tier educational institute with 0-3 years of experience.
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and GIT.
- Experience in designing, architecting, and developing scalable services utilizing micro-service architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one software programming language (Java, Python, or Golang preferred).
- Experience working with high-availability, distributed systems, and services in a hosting environment, including hardware, OS, storage, network, and database solutions.
