Job Description

As a Full Stack Web Developer at S&P Global, you will be an integral part of a development team responsible for building and maintaining applications that support Energy Datasets. You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. This role offers a chance to work on challenging projects, learn new technologies, and contribute to a world-class organization.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining web applications using modern technologies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Contributing to the overall architecture and design of the applications.

Skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

Micro Frontend and ReactJS: Knowledge or experience with Micro Frontend architecture and ReactJS.

Qualification

Educational Background: A B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience in web development.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Data Structures and Algorithms: A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, ASP .NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, and HTML is required.
Database Knowledge: Good understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL Server/T-SQL.
Debugging and Testing: Ability to identify and resolve issues using various debugging and testing techniques.
Work Ethic: A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.
Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
