- The candidate should be able to handle customer queries and complaints with tact, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout every interaction. They should take complete ownership of the customer’s needs, providing end-to-end support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required.
- The candidate should possess good customer service skills and demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
- Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in the BPO voice process is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
