Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the TCS BPS Hiring Drive 2026, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a 3-year full-time Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS from the 2026 batch.
- Have a maximum of one active backlog at the time of the exam (to be cleared within the course duration).
- Declare any gaps in education in the TCS Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant documentation will be required.
- Be comfortable working in a 24 x 7 work environment with rotational night shifts, depending on project requirements.
- Be aware that TCS will conduct eligibility checks at various stages of the selection process. Misrepresentation of information will lead to disqualification.
- Have no prior experience, as this is an entry-level role.
