Job Description for Zoho Hiring for Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled technical support engineer with experience in server and workstation management to resolve customer issues via multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues through calls, emails, chats, and remote sessions.
- Demonstrating technical proficiency and a strong understanding of Zoho products.
- Troubleshooting technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 0-7 years
- Work Location: Coimbatore
Pre-requisites:
- Understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux OS applications.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, IT operations, and support management tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with tools like EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, and Endpoint/Mobile device management is a plus.
