Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily operations for smooth and efficient processes
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
- Respond to and resolve client or team issues or complaints promptly and satisfactorily
- Create and manage comprehensive daily MIS reports to monitor KPIs and operational metrics
- Develop SMS and WhatsApp marketing plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize messaging for maximum impact
- Utilize powerful Excel capabilities to analyze data, recognize trends, and make actionable recommendations for process improvement
- Manage and implement email marketing campaigns, such as HTML coding, content generation, template creation, list layout, and performance analysis
- Perform quality controls and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, detect areas of improvement, and take corrective actions

Eligibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML for creating and editing email templates
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and suggest improvements
- Excel proficiency, including Excel experience
- Formula, function, pivot table, etc.
