Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a lead pipeline for a variety of education programs from globally renowned B-Schools such as Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge, and Harvard, targeting senior and top management executives.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask, not just in consultative sales, but also in understanding the end-to-end mechanism, from consultative sales to timely payment to enrollment/admission.
• Provide in-depth and customized information to interested executives who inquire about comprehensive leadership development programs through phone and email.
• Mentor and motivate a diverse inside sales team to achieve high enrollment rates for all programs.
• Ensure that details regarding lead discussions are updated in real-time on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Guide and follow up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
• Take responsibility for adhering to the inside sales process, tools, and data management. This is a self-contributor role.
• Organize and participate in marketing feedback meetings (internal) as appropriate.

Eligibility

• I have a proven track record of success in inside sales and consultative Edtech, consistently exceeding acquisition and sales targets.
• I am capable of working independently with minimal direct day-to-day management.
• My communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent. I am also skilled in listening and data analysis.
• I have the ability to be pleasantly persistent with customers, and I genuinely enjoy interacting with them. I maintain a positive attitude and possess pleasant phone manners.
• I have a strong presence on phone and video calls.
• I have demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
• I am skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple programs, with flawless follow-up skills to ensure leads are successfully closed.
• I thrive in a revenue-oriented and sales-focused environment.
