- Ensuring thorough and accurate completion of requests within the specified time frame.
- Adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintaining and updating client-specific trackers as required.
- Following daily work patterns and taking responsibility for meeting targets.
- Ensuring compliance with Accenture and client policies and practices.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures.
- Prioritizing own activities and assisting team members as necessary to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
- Providing input for process improvement opportunities.
- Participating in cross-functional training.
Ad Review: - Reviewing ads to protect users from retargeting based on sensitive searches and ensuring a safe web environment.
- Checking ads created by advertisers or muted by users.
- Reviewing ads based on Policy Guidelines to safeguard advertiser interests and ensure a safe user experience.
- Conducting account reviews to remove malware from ads and landing pages, ensuring a safe environment for Google users.
- Reviewing political/election ads based on Policy guidelines, including restrictions or labeling as necessary.
- Supporting responsible political advertising, including compliance with election laws and mandated election silence periods for targeted geographic areas.
- Political content includes ads for political organizations, political parties, political issue advocacy or fundraising, individual candidates, and politicians.
Operations Management:
In Operations Management, you will be responsible for the management area that focuses on designing and controlling the production process and redesigning business operations for the production of goods or services. This includes ensuring that business operations are efficient, using minimal resources, and effective in meeting customer requirements.
