Job Description
- Conducting initial assessment and addressing technical inquiries and alarms.
- Resolving phone issues in line with team playbook standards and within the scope of one’s role.
- Taking ownership and managing phone or ticket escalations within the team.
- Submitting support requests following established protocols.
- Serving as the secondary point of contact for incoming customer calls.
- Identifying, assisting in the management of, and escalating incidents.
- Administering the random queue.
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs and customer commitments.
- Providing unwavering support for all the aforementioned tasks.
